Who are we? Firstly, we are real people. Not magicians, not gurus. Collectively, our experience comes from years of working in business both in the corporate realm as well as teaching, training, entrepreneurship, organizational development, coaching, therapy, and facilitation. We all have Masters Degrees or are certified in our field. Our referral partners are psychotherapists, physicians, attorneys, accountants, & financial advisers. All of us have experience living and working in diverse cultural settings, and we all have lived long enough to have loved someone, married, in some cases divorced, had children, experienced both failure and success and achieved the life experience necessary to share and apply it with others. Like those we coach, we also work at balancing family life and work. We are constantly developing ourselves through spiritual practices, professional development, and our own independent areas of expertise. Experience has taught us that a light touch filled with humor and perspective allow us to coach from a place of centeredness and respect and we happily share this with our clients. Who are our typical clients? Our clients have come in all ages, sizes, genders, and backgrounds, but they are all alike in that they are people who are ready to make changes in their lives, and/or to really go for what they want. Most are already successful, but want help to make changes in those areas of their lives that still need work. We tend to coach more men and women in the 30-50 age range. Mainly professionals. We LOVE working with people who KNOW their personal relationships could be better, but aren't quite sure how to get there.
